I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist combining different types of therapies and arts.

I am Registered and Accredited with the professional body UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy).

I trained for four years at the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, London. I also hold B.A. (Hons) Degrees in Media Studies from the University of Westminster, London, and in Fine Art Painting from Central St.Martins, London. I have been practising for ten years. I practise with Supervision and abide by the professional code of ethics.

I run two private practices in East Sussex, based in Brighton (opposite Preston Park) and Berwick, (off the Drusillas roundabout A27 towards Eastbourne). This is a large studio on a farm set in beautiful rural Sussex countryside, nestled at the base of the South Downs in the National Park.
